The first thing you need to do to use the fire fighter exams is to register. You can click on any register link and you will be transferred to the registration page where you will choose your login name and password as well as enter your billing information.

When your payment is processed a completion email is sent to you verifying that your fire fighter exam subscription is active and ready for you to use. This process usually takes no more than a couple of minutes. Once your subscription is active you can login on the Fire Fighter Exam home page. In the upper right corner of the page is a login and password box for you to enter your information. Click the login button and you are transferred to your Fire Fighter Exam Members area. This is where all of your practice exam scores are compiled and where each is recorded for you to review anytime during your subscription. At the top of this page you will notice the simple navigation of the Fire Fighter Exam program.

Find "Create an Exam" at the top of the page. Click this link and you are transferred to the Fire Fighter Exam creation page. First choose how many questions you would like to have on your exam (between 10 and 20) as well as the category of fire fighting questions that you would like to use for this exam. Click the "Create Exam" button next to your chosen category and the fire fighting exam is created instantly online from our database of 1500 fire fighter questions.

Read each question thoroughly and answer by clicking on the circle next to the "best" answer. After completing all the questions you can click the "Grade Exam" button at the bottom of the page and your results will be displayed instantly.

Each exam that you take is displayed with the correct answers AND rationale. Learn WHY you got a fire fighting question wrong and you will be ready the next time questions like these come up on future exams. After reviewing your corrected test click on the "My Results" link at the top of the page. This results page will track each practice fire exam that you take as well as display what your correct answer to question ratio is for each category of question. You can clear this information at anytime for a fresh start by clicking the "Clear Scores" button or the "Clear Tests" button.
